Order Processing Time:
Orders get processed immediately and take anywhere from 2-3 business days to complete.
Your order will arrive to you in 3-5 business days after your order is processed.
FOR PREORDERS: Shipping takes approx. 15-21 business days from date of purchase for preorder times. Once your item is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with your tracking information. You will receive your items in 3-5 business days from when it is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you are automatically sent an email with tracking details. You are also able to check the status of your order through logging into your account.

An item I want is OUT OF STOCK, what can I do?:
If the item is still online, go to the Customer Care tab and select PREORDER from the drop-down list to place a CUSTOM PREORDER FOR YOUR SIZE. In the description, indicate the ITEM NAME that you are interested in and YOUR SIZE. An invoice will be sent to the email provided for your custom preorder.
