Thank you for your interest! The first step is to purchase a package. Once payment is received, an email will be sent to you with the Design Questionnaire where you can tell me all about your likes and preferences.
WHAT ARE YOUR TURN AROUND TIMES?
Logo Packages: Turn around times are 1 week after the design questionnaire is fully completed.
Web Design Packages: Turn around times run from 3-5 weeks after the design questionnaire is fully completed.
Branding Packages: Turn around times run from 3-5 weeks after our 1-on-1 Design Consultation & Design Questionnaire is completed.
HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE ALLOWED?
For logo packages, you are given 3 concepts to choose from, once you choose the concept you love the most, you are allowed 3 revision rounds to perfect it.
For web design packages, we work together step by step with your input and feedback to create 1 design concept that you love. Once the website is fully done you will have 2 full revision rounds to further perfect your website.
I WANT TO GET MY PROJECT STARTED, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO PAY OVER TIME
Web Design Packages and Branding Packages are eligible for a payment plan. You are able to begin your project by placing a 50% deposit and signing a legally binding contract with payment arrangement details. If you default on paying your balance or become unreachable after the due date, your project will be placed on hold and you will be required to pay in full plus a $150 abandonment fee to reinstate services.
I PAID MY DEPOSIT LAST MONTH, BUT I JUST COMPLETED THE DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE.
All projects have a 7-day period to complete the Design Questionnaire unless other arrangements were directly communicated and agreed upon. When securing your payment agreement you agree to the terms of the contract that is provided to you. Abandoning your project is a breach of the terms of the agreement. If you wish to reinstate your project, you will have to pay your next installment upfront (regardless of the day) and a $150 reinstatement fee.
WILL YOU UPLOAD MY INVENTORY?
We know its hard finding time to input your inventory. Let us help! BUSINESS INTEGRATION FOR ONLINE STORE IS AVAILABLE WITH THE BUSINESS & GLAMBITIOUS PACKAGE: uploading products, photos (up to 5 photos per item), pricing, sales descriptions, and sorting/filtering for products. Any text-related content for products must be written by you and sent via Email or Word document.
NEED MORE PAGES ON YOUR SITE? NO PROBLEM
If you want to have more pages on your website than whats listed in our package, we are happy to accommodate you! Additional pages can be added when completing the Design Questionnaire for +$30/page.
WHAT ARE THE ADD-ON OPTIONS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR SELECTION?
Add-Ons are additional features that can your brand identity, improve customer experience, or improve your workflow. You can select as many add ons you would like when completing the design questionnaire. Additional Add-on Options are chosen (if desired) when completing the Design Questionnaire added to your final invoice and payment.
Examples of Add-Ons include pop up boxes, personalized member pages, detailed contact us form and SEO optimization.
Examples of Social Media Add-Ons include Youtube Banner, Facebook banner and IG Highlight Covers.
PROVIDING ALL MATERIALS FOR YOUR WEBSITE
You are allowed a 7 DAY WINDOW to submit all the information needed for your order. This information must be sent via EMAIL to email@example.com.
TEXT CONTENT: Any text to be included on the website must be written by the customer. Content must be sent via EMAIL, no photos or PDF files (EMAIL OR WORD DOC ONLY). All content must be exactly how you want it to appear on your website. I will not make ANY grammar edits to your content.
PHOTO CONTENT: For product photos, background removal is NOT INCLUDED. All photos must be sent via DROPBOX or GOOGLE DRIVE.
MY WEBSITE IS DONE BUT I WOULD LIKE TO ADD MORE INFORMATION
In the event that your package is completed or near completion and you need to add additional items and/or information to it that WAS NOT sent prior to the project start time you will be subject to pay an additional $50 add-on fee and/or remaining balance due prior to any further changes being made to your project.
WHAT ABOUT DOMAIN NAMES AND HOSTING PACKAGES?
WEBSITE PACKAGES ARE DESIGN ONLY. Payment configuration, email automation, customer management is NOT included. If you are seeking this service it is available by request only for a custom quote. Website Packages do not include hosting fees, the cost of paid apps, domain names, etc. Guidance is provided.
I HAVE A WEBSITE ALREADY BUT I WANT IT UPDATED
We know how important it is to keep your business constantly looking fresh and thriving. So when it comes to renovating your website we are happy to help! Payment for the revamp must be paid in full and is a custom quote.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
I MADE MY PURCHASE BUT I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL
There are no refunds allowed on deposits paid and no refunds allowed on work that has already been started on and/or issued out. When you make a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this website. f you have any questions please feel free to reach out via EMAIL to firstname.lastname@example.org before you make any purchase
DEPOSIT: You can opt to put a 50% deposit to start a project. To ensure quick turn around times all projects start immediately and all payments are NONREFUNDABLE.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of purchase for a partial refund and will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
FINAL PAYMENTS: Final payments are to be made before completion of the project in order to get final high-quality digital files or site ownership. Failure to receive a final payment within 7 days of completion of the project will result in the termination & deletion of the project
