RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you need to make a change to your online purchase, you are able to make a size-only exchange. No refunds.
If you need to make an exchange please visit the Customer Care page and select Exchange an Item from the drop down list and complete the online form. Be sure to periodically check your email after submitting the form for correspondence with the Exchange Form attached. Be sure to add email@example.com to your email safe senders list to avoid any emails getting sent to spam.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for sale items, including the Custom Curated Travel Pack.
If you need to make a change to your online purchase, exchanges will be happily honored of unworn, unwashed items within 7 business days of being received.
No exchanges will be given for swim wear or sale items. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, fitted with the original tags attached and with no markings, makeup, scent or any form of damage.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received, otherwise exchanges cannot be honored and will be shipped back to you. All returns must be completed within 7 business days of being received.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping charges when sent back. Customers will also be charged a $7.50 Processing and Shipping Fee. This fee will be charged upon receipt of your returned item in order to complete your exchange.
In the event your proper size is not in stock, you will be issued a store credit of the item amount for future selections.
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area. Custom preorder items may take longer.
